Pools Designed Around Kingwood.
The Livable Forest earns its nickname. Kingwood backyards sit under real tree canopy, many of them backing to greenbelts, and the best pools here don't fight that setting — they disappear into it. Action Custom Pools designs pools, spas, and water features that use the trees and the grade to create the kind of private escape most Houston neighborhoods simply can't offer.
Our work in Kingwood runs from brand-new construction to full renovations of pools that have served a family for decades, and we carry each project from the first design conversation through the final walkthrough — decking, outdoor kitchen, lighting, and automation included. We build for neighbors in Atascocita and Humble as well, and every design starts with a walk of the property so the pool fits the lot rather than the other way around.
Designing With the Tree Canopy
Shade, root zones, and grade changes shape what a Kingwood pool can be. We plan the pool, spa, decking, and drainage around the trees you want to keep, so the finished backyard looks like it grew there.
Renovating Kingwood's Established Pools
Plenty of pools in Kingwood have decades behind them. We bring them current with new interior finishes, tile, coping, and modern equipment, and we can add a spa, fire feature, or outdoor kitchen while the yard is already under construction.
Evenings, Automation & Backup Power
A shaded lot comes alive after dark with layered pool and landscape lighting. We finish Kingwood projects with smart automation you can run from your phone and whole-home standby generators that keep everything running through storm season.

What It Feels Like to Work With Us
“My husband and I are very pleased with the work Daniel and his team did. He helped us design our pool and provided us a timeline from start to finish. Daniel was also at the job site with his crews at all times making sure everything was done correctly. Overall, I highly recommend Action Custom Pools to family and friends.”

They are a certified Generac installer, had the equipment onsite (24kw Generac), and I only had to wait a week from when Daniel gave me the estimate to when it was installed! All his tradesmen were awesome and the whole project was well done, I highly recommend for whole house generator install.”

However, with summer around the corner and the kids at home, we decided to build a pool outside our backyard. I did my research and I came across them and omg they did not disappoint. They just finished the pool a few days ago and it is honestly the most stunning and insane pool ever. I am obsessed and the kids will not get out at all. I 100% recommend for anyone looking to get a pool. I cannot wait for all the gatherings we will start having this summer!”
