BUILDING IN RICHMOND

Pools Designed Around Richmond.

Fort Bend County keeps growing, and Richmond sits right in the middle of it. Master-planned communities like Aliana, Harvest Green, and Long Meadow Farms are filling in with new homes — and behind most of those homes is a blank backyard waiting for a plan. Action Custom Pools turns those blank slates into finished outdoor living: custom pools and spas, outdoor kitchens, lighting, and automation designed as one cohesive space instead of a string of separate projects.

Richmond isn't only new construction, though. Neighborhoods like Pecan Grove have backyards with more history, where the right move is often a renovation — refreshed finishes, modern equipment, new features added to a pool that's been there a while. Either way, we carry the project from design through construction with a single team, so what gets drawn is what gets built.

Finishing New-Build Backyards

The home builder hands you the house; we handle what's behind it. For new lots in Aliana, Harvest Green, and Long Meadow Farms, we design the pool, spa, decking, and outdoor kitchen together so the yard is planned once and planned well.

Renovations With History in Mind

In Pecan Grove and Richmond's longer-standing neighborhoods, we modernize existing pools — resurfacing, new tile and decking, upgraded equipment — and add the spas, fire features, and kitchens the original build never included.

One Team, Design Through Reveal

Richmond homeowners work with the same team from the first sketch to the final walkthrough. Design, construction, lighting, automation, and standby generators all run through us, which keeps decisions consistent and the schedule honest.

Aliana, Long Meadow Farms, Harvest Green, Pecan Grove — all of them are in our Richmond service area, and yes, we build across the rest of the city too. Custom pools and spas are the core of the work, usually alongside the outdoor living features that complete the yard.

Constantly. New master-planned lots are some of the best canvases in Fort Bend because nothing has to be worked around. We design the pool, spa, decking, kitchen, and lighting as one layout from the start, so the finished backyard reads as a single intentional space.

Plan on roughly $65,000 to $175,000 for a custom gunite pool in Richmond, and $300,000 or more for an estate-level build. It depends on what you're building. The main cost drivers are size, materials, and the feature list — spas, tanning ledges, outdoor kitchens, lighting, automation. To narrow that range to your yard, we offer a free, no-obligation quote for your specific yard. Call (713) 670-6671 to set one up.

Yes, and if your pool is showing its age, a renovation is usually the smartest first conversation to have. We handle resurfacing, tile, decking, and equipment upgrades, and can add spas, lighting, or an outdoor kitchen while the work is underway.

We build throughout Fort Bend County — Sugar Land and Fulshear included — and across the greater Houston metro. Contact us for a free quote on your project.

What It Feels Like to Work With Us

“My husband and I are very pleased with the work Daniel and his team did. He helped us design our pool and provided us a timeline from start to finish. Daniel was also at the job site with his crews at all times making sure everything was done correctly. Overall, I highly recommend Action Custom Pools to family and friends.”

“I discovered they also did generator installs through my neighborhood facebook page, and I am glad I found them. They are a certified Generac installer, had the equipment onsite (24kw Generac), and I only had to wait a week from when Daniel gave me the estimate to when it was installed! All his tradesmen were awesome and the whole project was well done, I highly recommend for whole house generator install.”

“I recently moved to Houston a few months ago because the house that we bought and built was finally finished. However, with summer around the corner and the kids at home, we decided to build a pool outside our backyard. I did my research and I came across them and omg they did not disappoint. They just finished the pool a few days ago and it is honestly the most stunning and insane pool ever. I am obsessed and the kids will not get out at all. I 100% recommend for anyone looking to get a pool. I cannot wait for all the gatherings we will start having this summer!”

Paola Avina

“I recently purchased a beautiful home and quickly realized that there was something missing. After talking with my husband we decided to add a pool! We went online and found this wonderful pool company and they were so extremely helpful! The pool is currently in the process of getting built and I’m so beyond excited to see the outcome! It’s looking more beautiful everyday!”
